If you have other staff that also need to be booked through your scheduler, you can add their staff profiles under your Settings > Staff menu. You can also add in administrative staff who don’t take appointments but need access to manage everyone else’s bookings.
Do your staff all offer different services or operate off different schedules? Not a problem! Each staff member can be managed individually so you can assign some services to one staff and different services to another.
You can also customize their availability on a per staff basis. One of your staff may work Monday - Wednesday while the other works only on Fridays. Just configure that through their staff profiles and you’re all set.
The video below will show you how to add more staff to your account. Once you’ve added more staff, you can then customize their profile with specific availability and specific appointment types.
